We partner with world-class omnichannel retailers and brands to architect purchase pathways, provide AI-enabled data analysis, and build automation in retail marketing, inventory planning and forecasting, and wholesale replenishment. What was once a black-box for major brands selling into retail has now transformed into a wealth of data-driven opportunity.
The Lucky team works with leading retailers like Sephora and Nordstrom and inspiring brands such as Makeup By Mario, Dolce Vita, Nécessaire, and many more to scale both eCommerce and retail velocity through digital attribution and granular inventory data analytics.

How you’ll add value
We are looking for an experienced, high energy Sales Development Representative to join Lucky. Your core responsibility will be to build pipeline and support the closing of enterprise brand deals. You will have the opportunity to master your sales skills in an environment that fosters continuous learning and growth. You will push valuable brand partner opportunities and strategic dealflow directly to our founders to close and scale our network, while working cross-functionally with colleagues from Customer Success and Product teams.
As an SDR, you’ll take charge of building pipeline, creating your own Go-to-Market strategy, and partner directly with our founding team as we iterate our products and scale our brand network. You will be key to pushing our multi-product ecosystem out to large brands and enterprises, helping Lucky build meaningful relationships with key partners. Our primary markets are in beauty, fashion, apparel, and personal care, with concrete plans to expand to even more verticals soon into your tenure.
While you’ll focus primarily on selling into omnichannel brands (brands that sell both online and via 3rd party major retailers) with significant retail distribution, you’ll also help extract value from partnerships with retailers, distributors, and other channel partners to drive volume in customer acquisition. You will become a valuable spokesperson of Lucky in industry-sales settings such as conferences and events alongside our founders to generate high-value dealflow.
Ultimately, you will also have the opportunity to learn the ins and outs of our industry, partner relationships, and sales operations — giving you the foundation to step forward in your journey as a salesperson and be a part of our close and friendly team.
What you'll do
Source and build a robust pipeline from a clear list of target enterprises
Work hands-on with existing resources to prospect quality lead generation
Organize and update active pipeline within Salesforce
Set up sales demos and appointments for our founding team
Achieve or exceed the appointment quotas
Build and support our hustle mentality and sales culture
Come forward with new ideas that can positively impact our sales process and efficiency
Push Lucky to success through scaling our presence in the industry and revenue operations
1-2 years of exceptional performance as a SDR or equivalent role
Previous experience in the DTC, eCommerce, or retail industry
Proficiency with Salesforce CRM
Have a great attitude and personable approach to working with the team
Be open to feedback and excited to solve problems together
Self-starting — come to our founders with solutions or ideas rather than problems
Desire to grow within a fast-pace, results-driven startup
